Lawyer Who Stabbed Her Husband To Death Sentenced To Just Seven (7) Years Imprisonment


A court in Oyo state has sentenced Yewande Oyediran to just 7 years imprisonment for stabbing her husband, Lowo Adelowo, to death in February 2016.

The wife, Yewande, who's said to be a lawyer and practicing in Ibadan, Oyo state, stabbed her 38 year old husband to death after a mere dispute at their home in Ibadan on February 2nd 2016.

After many months of trial, Yewande was this morning found guilty and sentenced to 7-years imprisonment for manslaughter.

Police in Anambra have arrested a woman who tortured a 7-year-old girl Chidimma by burning her with a hot knife and pouring pepper into her vagina. According to a Facebook user, the woman burnt the little girl with a hot knife after severally flogging her and pouring pepper into her private part for eating crayfish and licking sugar. The suspect is currently helping the police in their investigation.
